Okay, so no one ACTUALLY crowned us "The Best Volvo Repair Shop in Seattle", but we think there is plenty of evidence out there to suggest we can make a run for the title. We LOVE working on the cars of Seattle Volvo drivers, but I think some recent reviews sure do tell the story for us. Kim is the owner of this Volvo repair shop. He is the BEST! And Jesse is also so kind and encouraging. I have been bringing my 240DL Wagon here since being purchased. They are so kind and treat me as if I know about cars! But they are not out to swindle!! They do not make a list of repairs just to make money. In fact I've had several occasions where they've taken initiative and repaired some things for me and not applied them to my bill. They are not out for the bloody dollar! They are actually really into their craft and highly knowledgeable folks. Very approachable.

"I've taken my Volvo to Kim and the guys at All Volvo for five years and they've been amazing to me and my beloved car. They worked with budget restrictions, were honest about what was "worth" doing, and were quick with concise diagnostics that baffled non-specialist auto repair guys. They knew all the odd quirks of my year Volvo (don't open the sunroof - they're famous for leaking!) and even babysat her and gave her a full spa treatment (brakes, oil change, new engine mounts and sway bars...oooo) while I was on vacation for a week across the country.
